Orders may be placed online at www.jhardyment.com as well as through the taobao shop, J. HARDYMENT, and through the official wechat account of JHardyment . Personalized/customized orders are available and will be confirmed by a sales representative. Our operation hours are Monday - Friday, 10 am - 6 pm (China Standard Time). Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation email. All orders will be processed within 2 working days of receiving payment. If the item is out of stock, orders can take up to 8 weeks to process. A sales representative will confirm the estimated time that you can expect to receive your order. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders are shipped as soon as they are complete. Orders placed during the holidays or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer than the estimated time frame. If this is the case, a sales representative will always notify the customer. Please note, once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel or modify it however, J. PAYMENT
All prices are shown in USD. Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Applepay. Alipay and Unionpay payments are accepted through our sister Taobao site. The final amount includes all shopping and is calculated at checkout. We do not accept money orders or cheques. Please pay the full amount to place your order.
SHIPPING
We use SF Express for all shipments within Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan and Royal International Expedited for all other international shipments. Please understand that J. HARDYMENT is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments. Once your order leaves, J. HARDYMENT is not responsible for any delays, lost packages or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. It is important to make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. If your order is sent back to J. HARDYMENT by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order. J. HARDYMENT does not accept shipping accounts provided by the customer. A sales representative will contact you if you are located outside of the listed countries and would like to place an order.
For specific requests on the plating color of each sterling silver jewelry piece that is otherwise not in stock or unavailable, please send an email to contact@jhardyment.com to see if we may accommodate you, if so orders can take up to 8 weeks to process. Customizations
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We currently do not accept returns. In the case of exchanges for wrong sizing orders for rings or bracelets, please email us at contact@jhardyment to see how we may accommodate you. If you purchased a J. HARDYMENT piece of jewelry from an outside retailer and would like to exchange or return it, you must bring the piece to the original retailer where the item was purchased. We are not responsible for any jewelry not purchased directly from J. HARDYMENT. Thank you for your understanding.

Since our sterling silver jewelry is plated, we are not able to make repairs on any jewelry. However, we kindly ask that you bring any issue experienced within 30 days of purchase to our attention. Should there be a problem with your jewelry, we are happy to exchange this item or extend a credit to you for the value of your piece.

Product Maintenance
Any promotions offered by J. HARDYMENT will state the time frame in which they can be used, along with any other limitations or excluded products. J. HARDYMENT reserves the right to alter or cancel any promotion without notice. If a promotion is used incorrectly or being abused, J. HARDYMENT has the right to cancel these orders.

Viewing images online sometimes has its disadvantages, as the size and color of the images may vary across digital screens and mobile devices. J. HARDYMENT provides images of each item on our online stores and tries to show as much detail as possible. Product measurements are provided to help visual size.
